NHS-SS-Biotin 或 Succinimidyl-2-(biotinamido)-ethyl-1,3'-dithiopropionate 是一種胺反應性生物素化試劑，當二硫鍵 (-SS-) 被還原時可裂解。當與鏈霉親和素結合使用時，可以檢測所得的生物素化蛋白質。因此，NHS-SS-Biotin 可用于抗體純化。
