描述

氯化頻氰醇（1, 1-diethyl-2, 2-carbocyanine chloride）又稱喹那丁藍或PIN，屬于對稱三甲胺菁染料類。它被廣泛用作組織學染色劑。頻氰醇氯化物用于研究細菌多糖。頻氰醇氯化物暴露誘導呼吸道免疫原性。 PIN在605nm和550nm有兩個吸收最大值，分別稱為α和β波段。
