[3-(4-tert-Butoxycarbonylamino-phenyl)-2-oxo-propyl]-phosphonic Acid Dimethyl Ester can be used as reactant/reagent in process for preparation of beta-3 agonists with key step of amidation of dibenzylpyrrolidine intermediate.
