L-тАЛIsoleucine Benzyl Ester 4-Toluenesulfonate Salt is a reagent used in the preparation of novel 10-hydroxycamptothecin prodrugs used in antitumor treatment. Also used in the synthesis of proteasome inhibitors, cystargolides A & B.
