╬│-Linolenic Acid is a fatty acid found mainly in vegetable oil. Studies suggest that ╬│-Linolenic Acid may have immune regulating and anti-inflammatory effects. ╬│-Linolenic Acid has also been used in the treatment of atopic eczeme although its efficacy is disputed.
