3-(3-Pyridinyl)-1-(4-pyridinyl)-2-propen-1-one inhibits human bladder cancer cell lines growth. It also inhibits cancer cell growth proliferation by itтАЩs treatment in combination with phenoformin. An inhibitor of 6-phosphofructo-2- kinaselfructose-2,6-bisphosphatase 3 (PFKFB).
