(2-Phenylcyclopropyl)boronic Acid is used as a reagent in the preparation of nonracemic pyrimidinylamino dihydroxycyclopentanemethanol carbonucleoside analogs as inhibitors of hepatitis C replication, their inhibition of HCV replication and cytotoxicities, and the pharmacokinetics of selected compounds.
