描述

該品為天然膠、氯丁膠、丁腈膠、丁苯膠和丁基膠和塑煉促進劑，以及含合成膠成分較高的廢橡膠的再生劑。適用于高溫塑煉和低溫塑煉，硫磺可終止其塑解作用。該品毒性小，不污染，硫化膠無臭味，對膠料的物性和老化性能無影響。該品同硫酸鋅溶液反應，生成五氯硫酚鋅，可用作天然橡膠的塑煉促進劑，高、低溫使用均有顯著的化促進作用，適用于開煉機和密煉機。五氯硫酚鋅對硫化膠的物性，老化性能以及氯味等均無影響，可用于淺色制品。該品同礦物性真料以近平等重量復配，再加入少量有機活化物，即組成五氯硫酚復合物，也可用作天然膠、順丁膠、異戊膠、丁苯膠、丁腈膠、氯丁膠、丁基膠等含不飽和鍵的橡膠的塑解劑，低溫下也能有良好的塑解作用。少量硫黃對其塑解作用有終止效應。
