8-Anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid (ANS) 是一種重要的染料，用于研究蛋白質折疊/解折疊途徑的中間狀態。檢查與蛋白質聚集有關的構象變化也很有用。 ANS 在水溶液中不發熒光，但在與 BSA（牛血清白蛋白）和變性蛋白結合后會發出強烈的熒光。用于檢測血清中的白蛋白。 ANS 主要與溶劑暴露的非極性（疏水）位點相互作用。
